At the heart of Canada’s trade sector is a group of visionaries affectionately known as the EH-TEAM.

Their primary Mission is to blend their passion, industry experience and wisdom with a sincere desire to set a new standard, one installation at a time.

Being an EH-TEAM member means you pursue excellence with every job, continually raising the bar and inspiring industry peers to ‘up’ their performance. For EH-TEAM Members, true fulfillment comes from sharing their expertise with others and mentoring those newer to the trade.

A unique and appealing culture of ‘Community Over Competition’ energizes EH-TEAM Members, ensuring the transfer of enthusiasm and experience.

Be sure to meet a Member at the next Trade Show or Industry Event. EH-TEAM’ers are always happy to discuss how you can ELEVATE YOUR TRADE!

EH-TEAM Selection Process

The EH-TEAM’s selection process is built on a commitment to raising the bar in the Canadian HVAC industry. To join, candidates must prove their dedication to “ELEVATE YOUR TRADE” by collaborating with others and sharing knowledge that strengthens the industry. Mentorship and teamwork are key, as EH-TEAM members actively support their peers.

What makes this process truly special? New members are chosen by their peers, ensuring that each one is not just skilled but a true ambassador for the Canadian HVAC community. It’s all about working together to lead, inspire, and celebrate what makes our trade great.

EH-TEAM Code of Ethics

  1. Elevate Your Trade: We believe in working together to elevate the HVAC industry as a whole. By sharing knowledge and collaborating, we ensure the success of the trade and help raise the standards with every project we complete.
  2. Mentorship and Collaboration: We believe in sharing knowledge and supporting fellow professionals. Mentoring others and working together to solve industry challenges is at the core of our mission.
  3. Professional Integrity: We uphold honesty, responsibility, and ethical behavior in every aspect of our work. Our actions reflect our values both on the job and in our interactions with the broader community.
  4. Responsible Communication: As EH-TEAM members, we understand that our words and actions, both online and offline, represent our community. While we celebrate the freedom to express ourselves, we strive to ensure that our public communications align with the values of the EH-TEAM and reflect the positive, inclusive culture we stand for.
