Mentorship and Education
EH-TEAM members are actively involved in technical schools, trade shows and industry events, encouraging students to explore careers in the trades. Through hands-on workshops and schoolvisits, EH-TEAM’ers provide real-world insight and career guidance, helping students to make informed decisions about their futures.
Canada has an alarming shortage of skilled labor. The EH-TEAM is committed to bridging this gap by promoting trades as a viable and rewarding career path. Their goal is to increase trade school enrollment and apprenticeship participation.
EH-TEAM:
-Attends and supports industry events and trade shows to connect students with professionals.
-Visits technical schools, bringing real-time, on-the-job experience, directly to aspiring tradespeople.
-Collaborates with school staffs to advertise upcoming events, ensuring students know where to meet EH-TEAM members and industry influencers.
Through these and other efforts, students have firsthand opportunities to meet trade professionals, ask questions, and seek advice on training, job prospects, and career growth.

EH-TEAM members are not just skilled professionals, they are industry influencers who actively engage through social media. They create fun and educational content to attract followers, showcasing the trade in a positive and rewarding way.

A Not For Profit Initiative, Powered by InfraAIR
EH-TEAM operates as a non-profit group, driven by volunteer trade members who take time off from their regular work to attend events, educate students, and elevate the trade.
InfraAIR supports and manages EH-TEAM, providing:
-Administrative support and event coordination
-Partnerships with manufacturers, trade media, foundations and distributors to book events
-Website, marketing materials, and social media promotion
-Booth builds, clothing, gear, and branding.

EH-TEAM Selection Process
The EH-TEAM’s selection process is built on a commitment to raising the bar in the Canadian HVAC industry. To join, candidates must prove their dedication to “ELEVATE YOUR TRADE” by collaborating with others and sharing knowledge that strengthens the industry. Mentorship and teamwork are key, as EH-TEAM members actively support their peers.
